  • What time should I arrive for class?
This depends on the type of class booked. Standard workshops/classes Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your start time. If you arrive after/towards the end of the warm up, you may be refused entry to class. This is especially important for first time/newer students to ensure we can talk to you about your circus experience and discuss any injuries you might have. We have a duty of care to every person walking through our doors and being late challenges our ability to give you the right attention. Limitless Classes (Accessibility classes) Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your start time or as close as possible to start time - we appreciate this may be challenging based on individual circumstances and are happy to discuss your needs prior to the class. Just let us know what accommodations you need and we'll find a way to help.
  • What should I bring to class?
Definitely a bottle of water! You will probably also want to make sure you have your phone with you, pictures and videos are not only great for showing off your new skills to friends and family but as a way of tracking your progress so we encourage everyone who's comfortable to do so to be filming from their very first class! Some people also like to bring a notebook to make notes but this is completely down to your personal preference!
  • What should I wear for a class?
We recommend wearing comfy, stretchy clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement. Leggings, tracksuit bottoms, tank tops, t-shirts and sports bras/crop tops are all suitable. Keep in mind that loose t-shirts may fall up over your face when inverting [going upside down]. Jewellery should be removed and long hair tied back for all classes.
  • How long before class should I eat?
We absolutely recommend fuelling yourself well for you class, though you probably won’t want to eat anything too heavy at least an hour prior!
  • Where are you located?
We're located in 'The High Cross Centre', it's a small business park within walking distance of two London Underground Stations: Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters. Both take roughly 10-12 minutes but please give yourself double that if it's your first visit. We do not have parking but you can park in the Retail Park for a couple of hours while you're in class - be aware they have number plate recognition in place and send automatic fines if you're there for too long.
